Share the promise of spring

with your Flower Count photos and win!

Our goal in 2022 is to spread spring cheer to the residents of Greater Victoria and encourage them to get out in their communities and #ExploreVictoriaLocal.

As the global pandemic enters its 3rd and hopefully final year, we want to share a bouquet of healing with the rest of Canada. We’re fortunate here in Greater Victoria to have the earliest blooming flowers in Canada. As we begin to lift restrictions and see people beyond our bubble, we can share a virtual bouquet to remind everyone that spring is coming and remember to stop and count the flowers.

Post your own flower count and encourage your friends and family to do the same on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Use the social platforms below to show and tell with photos and videos of: flowers, flower counting within your bubble, and other associated outdoor activities.
